Thank you for shopping at Maxtorcpro. We strive to make sure you are happy with every purchase. We know that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may need to return it for different reasons. If you need to make a return, please be aware that all returns are subject to the terms described below.

If you need to return an item bought online at www.maxtorcpro.com, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to do so, regardless of the reason.

Returns are accepted within the initial 30 days from the purchase date. If you are still within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Experience Team via email at amber@maxforcet.com.

Upon receiving your email, a team member will send you a Return Authorization Form to fill out and return to us. It is essential to include this form with your return. Please note that we do not cover the shipping expenses for returning the device. We recommend keeping track of your shipment as we are not liable for any lost packages during transit by the carrier.

After we receive the returned device at our warehouse, it will take around 2 business days to process the refund.

Once the refund is issued, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
